For 20+ years I've been thrown into messy sales setups across Europe and asked to fix them. New market, no structure, weak pipeline, unclear positioning. Fine. Let's sort it out. I've built teams from scratch, owned P&L, closed large enterprise deals, negotiated hard contracts, and turned "we should grow" into actual numbers on a report. I care about execution. Forecasts matter. Margin matters. Adults in the room matter.
I'm also deep into AI. Not as a buzzword. As a tool. I experiment, build, break things, fix them, and use them to solve real business problems. Sales without AI today is like sales without a CRM ten years ago. You can survive, but you're already behind. I believe in combining business experience with new tools. No ego. No gatekeeping. Just building better systems, helping teams think clearly, and making money the right way.

I've been in the advertising and marketing game for over 25 years. Along the way, I've picked up some awards and worked with pretty much every big name you can think of: Coca-Cola, Heineken, BMW, PepsiCo, Mars, and Michelin.
What I've actually been doing: Leading creative departments at agencies like TBWA, Draft FCB, and Mercury 360. Building brands from scratch to shelf, managing everything from the initial design to their international launch in markets like the UK and USA. Turning pixels and ideas into actual business growth.
In 2024, I decided to master AI. Now, I teach entrepreneurs how to automate their businesses so they can stop wasting time on the boring stuff.
I have a deep understanding of business processes and a very low tolerance for overcomplicating things. I'm a Creative Director, an AI Consultant, and — as my profile honestly states — a mediocre ping pong player. Fortunately, I'm much better at marketing.
